Day 75: Mixed Media

Mixed media combines different materials and processes in one work: paint and pixels, tape and type, photography and pencil. The friction between analogue and digital creates texture and authenticity that neither achieves alone.

Objective. Combine analogue and digital processes into a single work.

Design a poster for an art school open house combining at least one physical and one digital process.

• At least one physical process — paint, ink, tape, fabric, clay
• At least one digital process
• Both must be visible in the final poster

• Clearly mixed processes
• A cohesive final piece
• Texture and authenticity

Print the digital poster, alter it physically, and rescan it.
